Following the preparation of the financial assessment plan, you can come to understand the support base of your nonprofit organization or church through the use of our donor/member survey.  This survey results in an assessment report that lets you know exactly where your donors/members are and how much they support the project. The report is broken down by age, donation/contribution range, years supporting or attending and many other helpful categories. We will provide you with details and cost for financing the project via loans, bonds, capital gift campaigns, construction loans, etc. Comparison charts will assist you in determining which financing method will be the best for your organization.

The service includes an on site meeting with your leadership to obtain all necessary information and to customize the survey. And a second on site meeting upon completion of the survey to present the results of the survey and the details of the various financing options.
