Two takeaways for me.

"The best stories are true stories." Fundraising is about telling a story. Seth claims people don't care about facts. They want stories.

"Stop doing average events for average donors." The huge bell curve of people who give to all sorts of fine causes is shrinking. We must find people who are passionate about what we are passionate about.
